Flywheel Grinding
Our flywheel grinder resurfaces flywheels in house, so a clutch job is not held up waiting on an outside shop. Surfaces come back flat and true, ready to seat a new clutch pack and hold torque instead of chattering.
Press-In Suspension Bearings
Spring eyes, torque rod ends, shackles, and bushing housings handled on our shop press. Worn components come out and new bearings go in at the correct fit, without the heat damage and hammered mounting points that come from field-expedient methods.
Stemco Axle Cutting Service
Worn and out-of-round axle eyes cut and re-sleeved using the Stemco Axle Pro Equipment (APE) sleeve kit. Pre-sized, hardened sleeves bring the bore back to spec so new king pins seat correctly, which protects your steering feel and your steer tires instead of just delaying the next repair.
